(ASTM Transaction Screens, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and Phase II ESA’s)

Our personnel have conducted hundreds of environmental site assessments in support of acquisition, merger, or divestment programs. Our assessments are compliant with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standards and Guidelines and are comprehensive and thorough. We take pride in the quality of our assessments and our staff has the requisite knowledge and experience to evaluate properties ranging from vacant, undeveloped land through vast chemical manufacturing and refining facilities.

When soil and/or groundwater sampling and testing is required, we strive to collect only the data necessary to evaluate the possible risks to the client while providing detailed evaluations of these studies and possible solutions to any identified challenges.
